My sister, who teaches in East Harlem and takes the subway everyday to work from Queens. On occasion she has yelled at a teenager who was sitting down with an elderly person standing right in front of them. she says that most of the time they are so embarrassed that they get up without saying a word. I applaud her for trying to teach the punks a lesson in general courtesy.
