theres aplace right in south greensburg near the landscaping place (south main). same side of the road they are usually the cheapest. and the tracks are only neccasary if it’s wet or muddy. if it’s dry out you’ll be fine. BTW my brother does do that stuff if interested. also pours the concrete for pole buildings.
I talked to the guy at CAT Rentals…next to Sony…he said a large skidsteer (I forget the model number) with a 6’ toothed bucket would do the job. $710 for 7 days.
Try Farnum $ Pfile (or however you spell it) on rt 51 at the intersection with I-70 for a rental price. For $700 though I would think you could probably just get someone with a backhoe/dozer come in for a day and knock it out. Friend of the family does that kind of stuff, can check on his hourly rate for misc. stuff if you would be interested, he’s near Monongahela so not too far away.
good to hear you liked the New Holand better. New holland Skid Steers is one of the many product lines intellectual property I oversee as I work for the company. :blue:
times like this i regret quiting talor rental. i plan on widening my driveway this summer (money permitting) but its only gonna be about 80’ and 9’wide or so
i’d imagine farman and pfile would be one of the cheapest because of how large they are.
A dozer would be better BUT if not familiar with either machine I bet he can run a skidsteer WAY before a dozer.People say they can run them BUT can they operate it Two diffrent thngs. You will screw more up with the dozer faster if you dont know what you are doing.
