I am creating this graphic for a side project I am working on.

I want to know what program or w/e I would need to make the sound wave in the back move. as in what it would look like streaming and flowing.
Anyone???
you’re going to have to make it in a .GIF format so start there, but thats all i got.
Flash would work best IMO.
