Slipknot - Psychosocial

This is one of their new songs. It is really bad ass. :headbang:

fucking sick

been listening to this and all hope is gone, definitely sounds like they learned from vol3. Really looking forward to their new album.

yeah i listened to this song like 10 times tonight. its so badass

yeah just what we need…somebody as emotionally fucked as you listening to a band like them.

besides, shouldn’t you be off listening to Disturbed in the f-bod somewhere, throwing down a few Coors?

hmmm sounds pretty commerical to me-

the video for psychosocial is bad ass. my buddy showed it to me a few weeks ago

Saw this video last week. I will likely pick up the new album

lol I’m not emotionally fucked…yet. :stuck_out_tongue: Besides man, I listen to alot heavier shit than Slipknot. Lately I’ve been on a Children of Bodom and Heavan Shall Burn kick.

Seems they tried a money grab with vol.3. Not that swearing makes a band cool but there is not one bad word in that entire album. Thats just not Slipknot.

The new masks suck.

I’m gonna be honest… that song is cheesy as balls.

They will never top the original:

damn right.

ew no thx

this was playing and i asked my gf who was playing, and was like here is a hint, they all wear masks. and she’s like gwar? and im like no… think later than that… and she’s like oh, slipknot

lol.

That song sucks

not going to lie, the band itself is a joke, but the music is good. its just super korny with the masks

awesomesauce

Eh…Cory Taylor explained the masks in an interview. He said that they wear the masks becuase they want it to be just about the music. When they perform and wear the masks it is like they don’t exist anymore and it is just Slipknot. Almost like it enables them to have an alternate personality on stage kinda thing. Which is understandable. I dunno at first I thought they were korny (the masks) but now I think they’re sweet. I’m uber excited to see them at Darien Lake in 2 weeks. I’ll be there chillaxin with the guys from stemm so hopefully I can get in backstage with them. That would be badass. Usually if you’re chillin with any of the bands you get to go with them wherever they go.
