Finally back in a DSM after over 2 years and getting to go about it the way I’ve wanted. I owned this car a few years ago and always wanted it back and finally the time came. Fortunately, this time around I have a reliable DD and in no rush to finish it.
Overall plans are to get it running by the end of May, I’d be happy with 120+ traps.

Turbo will be getting rebuilt as well as the TB and of course tons of powder and ceramic coating to make this thing clean as hell which will be most of my initial work since there is too much damned snow to work on it. Once it melts, subframes are getting dropped to clean up the underbody, replace some stuff and coat what I can.

It is the carbon fiber pieces that mount over the fog light holes to deflect air over the hood and under the car. Aerodynamic thing though for me it’ll mostly be a blingy piece since I wont be putting fog lights in. Most intercoolers get in the way of fog lights on dsm’s so this is another option instead of leaving it open.

Seen one almost identical to yours at an STM dyno day this past summer, layed down just shy of 900whp. So I have to ask why go with a stock trans? Why not a Shep or soemthing similar?
A 900awhp DSM at STM?? You sure about that? I haven’t heard of any local DSMs at that power level. 500-600 yeah but nothing that high. That would be more HP then what Ricer or the RS put down.

Lol this is full street car. Definitely did not make 900, it went 10.98 on stock trans, short block, hx35. I’m going the same route basically. Its full interior, no cage, none of that crap. I’ll be happy with 120+mph for this year.
Auto rear diff is in it now. Chris gave me a differential so I’m going to swap this one into the diff housing. Id like lsd but finding axles for them is retarded hard and when you do, they’re super pricey. If I have one break, I would rather it be easy to find a replacement.
