Kurt Brown went 9’s on a FP 3575 which is there mitsu friendly GT35R. Also Jard has the conquest at a 10.00 last time I seen him run still not comfertable with the car and a weak ass motor… I believe he runs the FP 3065, and yes you got it… its a copy of t3 based GT30R with a mitsu friendly exhaust housing O MY. Sorry to be a dick but those are just 2 local people that went 9’s or will on t3 based turbines. Plus I AM sure Kolar isnt looking to go 9’s… The money to keep it running at that point would be crazy.
it is a throw away car to 1320. knowing him, it will have one bucket seat, no carpet, all the interior gutted, and everything that dont need to be there cut out. i bet all the galant guys are pissed, lol.

GT35R- rated at 680hp
GT30R- rated at 500hp

as for the 3065 you are only telling half the story. the 3065 is a GT30 turbine wheel but has a totally different conpressor housing and wheel. the 3065 does just that flows 65lb where the GT30R that is being talked about in this thread flows 51lb.
also 9’s in a gutted tubed RWD car is not something to be bragging about. also if you are doing all that and you can’t even drive it on the street why on earth would you use a T3 based turbo?
PS- most of the big name guys that race NDRA use GT40R or 42R’s and they are into solid 9’s and still retain full weight. so no a 30R will not push a 3400lbs car very far. hence why I said go to a 35R or 40R.
PSS- example is a AMS evo at full weight went 9.411 on ET streets with a 42R and 40psi of boost

That 100 lbs came out under the hood and the front bumper support only. I weighed it all. Theres still 100 lbs of leather interior, the 40 lb rear steering rack and rear lines, getting a carbon hood + trunk, lighter wheels, cutting out misc other brackets and beams that are not nessesary.

i think the whole thing about “street car” and “gutted int”, “cut the fuck out tin can” is all in the persons needs…i daily drove my hatch with no int, lexan windows, open dp and i was perfectly fine with that…went on dates it dident matter to me, i loved it.

full interior is bullshit. what is full interior anyways? why do u need it? what is the point of having a back seat on a car w/ a rollbar or cage? are you trying to kill people? as im sure that if anyone were sitting in the backseat and the car were to get in an accident, that the back seat passengers heads hitting off the roll bar–padded or not-- will kill them before the accident would.
imo, if u dont use it, and it serves no purpose, take it out.
