66 chevy II with new 572 crate engine!EFI
:naughty:
Look i’ll tell it to you like this. you can be like everyone else and get the cars metioned. Everyone and there mother in pittsburgh has some form of chevy muscle car, they suck! I’m so sick of seeing chevelles, novas and camaros at shows. Also GTO’s are a dime a dozen they are everywhere. Mopars are just too expensive, half the people on here can’t go out and buy a Cuda or challenger that isn’t a basketcase. I think they will go back down within 5 years, they are just to high right now. You really want a muscle car olds or buick is the way to go, sure parts are a lil more but i hardly ever see a nice 442 or even a nice 71 cutlass at shows around here. Skylark/GS are even more rare in these parts. Why be a douche and own a gay chevy get a buick and go fast with class.
Reality sets back in and gets stolen for the paint job, not the Motor
I’d like a Buick GSX Stage 1 with a 455
Make sure you get a winch for that anchor too… :kekegay:
post pics/engines/output and shit. I dont know what any of those look like/what they run.
buick GS or GSX had 455 stage 1s. in 70 the bufford GSX ran a low 13 on street tires. it has stock like 350 hp and like 520 lbft. this car is in the family of a 70 to 72 chevelle. its a A body along with the cutlass. cutty has a GS. the gsx was the fastest production car of its time
Buick GSX Stage 1 = :eek2:
actually not, the 70GS stage 1 was faster than the GSX stage 1, the X was only appearence and was heavier. Sorta like Turbo t’s being lighter than GN’s but they have the same driveline. The peak year was 70, with 360 hp and 510 ft lbs of tourque and a 13.38 et according to motor trend.

:hahano:
I agree there are way too many chevelle’s running around, but there is a reason for it. They are cheaper than the buicks, easier to find parts for, and look better (IMHO). If you want something different, look at the early 60’s instead of the muscle car era. The early 60’s cars are much prettier and can be made just as fast as the muscle cars. Do a 64 impala, 64 galaxy, early 60’s dodge Polara were badass cars, and even the buick Wildcat’s of the early 60’s were good looking and fast. Late 60’s muscle cars of any make are played out.
I think that you would be better off saving the money or putting it all towards a house but if you must do a car and want something that isn’t played out you could consider an american motors amx javelin.
dont get me started on javelins,
my stepdad is obsessed with them :bash:
