first, it says where kevin can take him and didn’t say stay in the 518, 2nd… you pay tution and theres a student activity fee… the schools offer field trips to different places (e.g montreal) for very small fees, take benefits of that. i highly doubt the kid wants to stay couped up in a dorm in albany for a full year…
you’re right i wouldn’t be driving the kid around hence the school field trips and the kid may even be in a foreign student class that has different activites/trips for all we know. no need to get all riled up LOL.
