An accident from 1992 is hardly anything to be worried about. If something was going to fail, it would have by now. And not to mention a police filed accident could be as little as a scratched bumper cover in a small rear end collision.

yea, shut up, it works. and you can still bolt on the fart can.
where frame repair was done, it has surface rust because the paint melted off, and the plain straight pipe is because it had a flex pipe and it started to leak.

as you can see this car is still solid, a few WNY spots, but not a rot box by any means.
update/edit:
i talked to my buddy and he explained the whole broken cams thing.
it was running weird, so he checked the timing, and it was off by a lot. for one reason or another he thought he had bent valves, so he took the head off and and it checked my a head shop. in the process of removing the cam from the head he lifted up on the cam and broke the gear off of the cam, thus rendering it use less. he reinstalled new(used) cams, new timing chain, new tensioners, new gaskets and now it runs perfectly. this was 3-5k miles ago. i am currently driving this all the time and its getting about 26-28 mpg if i shift at 2.5-3k.
im a little less apt to sell it since it is running so well and getting great mileage. but anything is for sale for the right price.
