Somebody that can put a basemap on P28

I wondering if somebody beside local tuner shops that can add a basemap to my ecu that i have so that i can get my boosted eg back up running. I can bring the ecu and the basemap on a usb flash drive. I just basicly need to keep the basemap on the ecu now on to my usb drive and trans the boosted map on to the ecu… Is there anybody around that can do it… let me know please asap 716-698-7487…
