soyeah… you don’t get hired lower with headhunters…
you get paid by the headhunting company for 3-6 months then get an offer from the company where you have been placed.
however, sometimes the company can’t pay the salary you want and you accept a lower or equivilent to what you were already making… or you are a fuckup retard and they don’t hire you.
OR… the route i went, is to get the hiring company, on the initial interview, to like you enough and want to hire you, and they will buy out the headhunter…
worked just fine for me… i took no lower salary than what i asked… i actually get paid more
