Someone to Refurbish These Rims

I am looking for someone to professionally refurbish a set of rare Oldsmobile Rocket Parts 3 piece racing rims. The weigh about 6 lbs each.

They are in great shape, but I am unsure of where to get the hardware to replace and re-seal the rims because it appears they have been taken apart and bolts are missing.

Bump anybody have any ideas? Name of the brand is “youngbloods” ~unsure on spelling.

HUGE Adventure motorcycle following, top shelf place. They also do reconstruction and straitening of automotive wheels. I currently have a customer’s OZ made Diablo wheel there to be fixed correctly…
