You missed my point, which is fine, because I will mention it explicitly:
PC’s suck because of the OS, not because of the hardware - that’s why ubergeeks run Linux. So, take a “superior” computer, and then load a crappy OS on it, and what do you have? Right back to square one.

Macs are horrible and i’d never buy one. Stupid little displays. Jon knows they drive me crazy 
I’ve had my mac for over two years. Knock on wood, Haven’t had a problem. now my dell desktop on the other hand, as soon as it connects to the internet i have all sorts of spyware ect…
I’m not computer savy so the mac is perfect for me, so easy to use.
