sounds like a scam

My wife was looking through some ads on Kijiji and saw one for an English bulldog for $400. She sent an email since there was no phone number.

She got an email reply from some person stating they were living in West Africa and the dog could be purchased with a $400 Western Union Money Gram. Once received, the dog would be pet freighted.

Freakin’ scammers.

if it sounds like a scam it probably is and im not real sure i would want a dog from west africa all the shit they got over there lol

It’s untraceable, anyone can send/recieve money from western union

Would an animal from West Africa (or anywhere outside the country) even be allowed in the country without a lot of importation regulations?

That’s what I was thinking, you don’t just import animals on a whim. Who the fuck falls for that stuff?

I was trying to look for the actual email, so I could post it here, but my wife deleted it after I told her it was a scam.

We really don’t want another puppy right now, but a $400 Bulldog will make you ask questions.

When my wife told me there was no local phone number, I was suspicious. She sent an email via Kijiji simply asking where we could look at the dog.

Freakin’ scammers will always find a way.

any email from africa is FAIL
