I have roadrunner/adelphia and I am getting sick and tired of deleting 20-30 emails a day. anythign I can do to block this crap?? I tryed to setup some shit with adelphia before but no use. Is this something I am just gonna have to deal with or what? I feel like I have a yahoo account

how do you check your email?
if you use programs like outlook, thunderbird or mulberry to check there is client side spam filtering…
Or you could look into a program like Spambayes to do it.
Probably be easier to use Thunderbird though.
Dont use ISP emails 
HUGE targets for spam networks.
mail washer, McAfee…I have the same issue, but Windows Mail in vista has a really nice junk-mail filter built in that does a perfect job
