you should try the computer industry then… there are so many shady distributors out of Vancouver. Most of them will go out of business after 2 years and the resurface under a new name the week after (avoiding taxes). At least Jamie has responded
I am on thevboard but I am not that guy. If you took me saying ‘at least Jamie responded’ as me defending him i apologize if you took it that way as that was not my intention.
I was appalled at the “im paying you out of my pocket…” bit of the email he sent to you.
As a customer I do not care where the money is coming from so long as I get the money I am owed. It is a business, with the comments he’s making he’s getting all emotional and taking things personally.
It makes me wonder how much longer PTI will be around with a comment like that. Customer perception is reality. I perceive the business offers poor customer service, and is in danger of going under. Reality is I (and most people who are new to PTI) will not support a company that I perceive will not support me.
I am waiting for my Rear Bumper for my Bodykit to come, but he did send me the Sideskirts, and front bumper, got it on Friday, so he said I should have the Rear today or it’s going out today I dunno, his messages are so brief now. But yeah still waiting for $600.00. :roll:
