spending a day/night in toronto

Stay at the Park Hyatt hotel at the corner of Bloor st and Yonge st, and get her a hot stone massage package at their spa. You can both do it together.

You will be in the “Yorkville” area of downtown toronto, which is the posh-posh area. A lot of high-end shopping and its where you usually see the celebs during the film festival.

The restaurant at the CN Tower is ok if you’re an out of towner :stuck_out_tongue: … but there are a lot of options.

Make sure you bring your parka and dont feed the polar bears…at ANY COST :eekdance:

the reason for dinner at the CN tower is more for the experience…
I don’t really want to do the whole walk around shopping BS, i’d rather have planned something cool to do. I was thinking about the couple massage too, so i’m glad I brought it up…
either way, we have little contests to see who can do a better date, so I really want to win it,hands down.

If you do the hot/warm stone massage, you will win hands down. Its pricey though.

Heres a restaurant guide for ya:

Was just up there over labor day weekend this past summer. Great city. Just search, there are a ton of good hotels cheap. The CN tower was fun, hockey hall of fame is up there, eaton centre, as well as some nice museums and such. Downtown is so big with all the different districts, bars, restaurants, and stuff. Also, subway is a good way to travel through the city.

I was just up there with theblue, dmoffitt, and silver. Dinner at Fred’s Not Here was awesome. http://www.fredsnothere.com/

Stay at The Grand on Jarvis. I stayed there a few times and got whatever the 2 level room is called. Upper level was were the bed was looking out of the front which was about a 30’ glass wall that also opened up to a patio. Good times. There is SO much going on in TO all the time finding something to do shouldn’t be an issue.

o dang tokyo police club

Fail. Alexisonfire is playing up there soon as well as some real musical talent, not TPC

BUMP.
I’m going this weekend for Vday.
Got a room in the Cosmopolitan, should be pretty nice, as well as an hour massage in their spa…
I wanted the 360* restaurant in the CN tower but they are fully booked… what other good restaurants are in the BT area that you guys recommend?
