Spotted..A Triangle on wheels.

Maybe some of yuo have seen this, maybe some havent, if so what is it?

Ill use street names since there isnt any racing.

Taking a left onto Maple from Transit at about 5:00, and I spot this Oragne thing, the color of the General Lee. I get closer, and it is an exact triangle( Almost looks like a cabi from a puddle jumper), with a airplane wheel in the front, and go kart wheels in the back. The thing was regsitered, license plate and all, has anybdoy seen this?

If so let me know what it is.
