I talked to Whitey last night, and I went today to see what was available at North Park on May 8th…however that is Mothers Day. Who is against the picnic on may 8th? Because If that day doesnt work, I need to go back and see what is available for other dates. The one I picked was “Pearce” Its the closest to the Boathouse, so that way there is lots of parking, and its right near the playground. There is also a large field for sports (football or whatever) and they rent paddle boats out at the boathouse too.
The 8th won’t work for me, but I’ll try to make it out to some other event this summer when Pittspeeders will be there.
