At first I didn’t realize it’s twin turbo, it looks cool though…

Yeah I noticed that too but that paint has gold speckles ($$?) in it and is clean enough to eat off of!
That bulge in the coupling… is that purposely designed to reduce stress on the coupling?
no, its so it can bend a bit and keep a good seal.
Also relieves some stress on the turbo and manifold.
