star wars

can somebody tell me the order in which the episodes are supposed to be viewed? i want to start buying them on dvd but not sure which order i need to get them in? i’ll only buy 1 or 2 at a time. well, i should say “rent” them, not buy. i want to burn them into my collection.

4-5-6-1-2-3

Just get the 2 trilogy’s and watch the new ones first.

1-2-3 all the rest suck :dunno:

i think you mean 4-5-6, they were the mark hamil, harrison ford ones

i think they mean 1 = first one made 2 = second one made…and so on…

Episode 1,2,3,4,5,6.

Space Balls > all six star wars

no 77redneck is right. the first movie “star wars” a new hope was episode 4. it says so in the very first scene of the movie:gives:

  1. phantom menace
  2. clone wars
  3. revenge of the sith
  4. a new hope
  5. the empire strikes back
  6. return of the jedi

i seen the first one the day it came out!

certified dorks:
what a waste of money and time

:cookie:

u will get ur :cookie: tonight!

how long ago was that?

78-79

i didnt know you could count that high

Only if “HAPPY ENDING” is involved:blue:

none of them.

The IDEA is that you are supposed to watch the new ones, and then the old ones, BUT since most people have seen the old ones before the new ones, I’d view them in that order too, so you can get the references in the prequels to characters in 4-6.
