downtown the Honus Wagner store definitely has them it’s on fourth or forbes past smithfield… the mall steeler stores are probably a good shot too.

Got one for my girl at the pittsburgh sports store at south hills village for like 3 bucks 2 years ago…she wanted to wear an Eagles Jersey to the game so I made her wear the Steelers thong (it worked, she is now a converted Steelers fan)
