i just got a steering wheel popper and the hub they gave me doesnt seam to fit on the crank angle sensor. its a 91 240sx le. i was just wondering what would happen if i were to take off the steering angle sensor completely.[/b]
WHAT? That makes no sense whatsoever. What is a steering what popper and what does it have to do with a crank angle sensor?

lol i think he means he has a steering wheels that comes off and that the hub that was giving to him is not matching the steering colum (dont know the name of it) the bar that goes all the way to the steering rack …
ok the rephrase this i have a steering wheel that comes off at the hub. they had to give me a new hub and it does not properly line up will all three prongs on the steering angle sensor. all i wanted to know is what is the actual purpose of the steering angle sensor?
Holy shit. You are in need of a few things, grade 3 English class to start with and secondly a better understanding of cars. Your steering wheel is inside the car. Your crank angle sensor is on the engine and tells the ecu where the cam and the rest of the engine is for firing the coils. Anyways don’t touch anything…PLEASE!!
