Nice, I’m sure second place is good motivation for Emery to get to know this thing better. Lol. It will be in the 10s before the week is over.

The tech on these cars is unbelievable. I’m looking forward to future plans with this one.
Very impressive out of the box. What are the near term plans for this one?
A lot of testing. We just have to find some time to do it.

The clutch is weird for sure on low speed, low throttle. Almost feels like something is binding. But normal driving it’s so awesome it’s almost funny. When we bought it, there was 2 pages of “disclaimers” that we had to sign. Tranny makes noise, brakes make noise, the use of a dynamometer for reasons other than emissions testing is voiding the warranty. Speaking of which, we “tested the emissions” on the new Cobb Beta maps…
Not bad gains! We will be working on a STM Y-Pipe design next.
In the meantime, I had a chance to get some Adam’s Glaze on it
Finally modded! Got the COBB Pro Tuner Software and we are up to 500 TQ along with the new STM Y-Pipe! The Y Pipe really opened up the acoustics of this machine. Just enough to enhance to factory growl without being raspy or harsh. Very smooth sounding.
Next time it’s up on the lift I’ll get some installed pics!
We are still running the stock cat-back so we needed a 3" outlet for now, but I’m sure we will be getting an exhaust soon enough. I have to be honest though, I really don’t know if it could sound much better than it does right now.
You can find more into on the STM GTR Y-Pipe here:

Video??
In for new times
Gleason got some good cruising video, hopefully we can hear them both! 2 black GTR’s both with the STM Y-Pipe!
 amazing machines.
Finally got a 10 second pass in the GTR! Side by side with Emery in the RS:
LOL! Great time! We also took home second and third in the True Street class.
But once the fun was over, we came home Monday to this brand new [HKS Legamax Exhaust.
We had to take off the 3" STM Y-Pipe and replace it with a new 3.5" STM Pipe. If anyone is interested in the used 3" you can find it here for sale:

Still all dirty from the trip!
And all cleaned and installed!
Sounds great! Once I can give it another bath, I will get some more shots!
That’s a tasty looking pretzel

These cars are stoopid fast. Keep it going!
