ok well when it gets closer to winter we can iron out details. but as most of you have seen in the pics, my place is 110% state of the art, heated, security cameras, tile floors etc.

STORAGE=drop item off, and come get it when you want to take it out of storage.
theres a storage place in coby 55$ a month and its plowed all winter long…no heat tho
I agree with TT. Storage and using it as a garage are two seperate entities.
All my storage is spoken for this year.

I think you can make more by renting storage for bikes than one car that takes up the entire garage…
