It’s real, he has a history on that site of acting as an informal police presence in the community. Apparently he tells people where he’s going to be patrolling, when, and tends to lean towards established street racing zones, which has led to an overall reduction in racing, and lots of tickets for stupid people.
I did some reading of his other exploits and it’s pretty funny.
