i tried real hard… worst customer experience on the face of the earth hands down.

i got REAL porky towards the end of my trials and tribulations… once i knew they have failed and needed to transfer me and i would get hung up on as per usual “Is this where i get put on hold and get hung up on for the 10th time today” “How long until you simply hang up on me instead of trying to do your job?” “Durka Durka ALA Gihad!”

no, it’s not a browser issue, it’s an issue of them letting me in b/c they think my address is wrong.

I’ve had problems where Firefox won’t pass the right information when hitting submit. Always worth a try.

I have Sallie Mae and never had a problem. Interest rates are right on par too.
