1991 GMC Syclone

  • 38,700 miles
  • GM Crate Vortec 4.3L 2k miles on motor.
  • Stock turbo and intercooler
  • Boost Controller
  • Brian Green performance chip
  • Boost, Air/Fuel, Water Temp Gauges
  • Stock Tranny (Shifts perfect)
  • A/C Delete
  • Lowered 2"
  • Cowl Hood
  • Slight clearcoat peeling on wheels
  • NEW Tires
  • NEW Brakes
  • NEW Shocks
  • New 3" Exhaust
  • Walbro 255 lph fuelpump

Engine compartment need some TLC, Exterior is near perfect, except for 2 holes in the front bumper cladding (Shown below). Interior is perfect. The bed looks like its never be used.

The truck needs to be tuned, so i drove with the boost turned all the way down, and it still ran pretty good.

Im really happy for you dude… Im suprised you found one… what I dont want to know is how much you paid for it haha… thats awesome you have a syclone I know how bad you wanted One good luck to with your purchase.

It was either this one in Minnesota, or one in San Diego.

But ofcourse, i need to tune it, would datamaster be enough to do it, or do you think i should have it dyno tuned?

i almost bought one back in 98-99 but it was a lil out of my price range at the time… so i went for a saturn sc2… hahaha lil difference

truck looks sick… still would have rather had the t/a though

Didn’t the Syclone only come in black while the Typhoon came in diff. colors? My fave is the red/silver.

That is correct. Syclone came only in black.

Beautiful truck. I’m a huge s-series fan, welcome to the club. Those little things run like bats out of hell.

technically they made something like 11 red ones for marlboro. but those are worth a crap load of money.

    in that 2995

and in 1992 GMC built 3 Syclones

  • 1 was crushed, 1 is in a museum, the other is overseas.
