T-day hustling...

I just bought a '79 Subaru 4wd Station Wagon… complete w/ sweet-ass p00p brown w/ plaid (shit looks like burrrrrrrburrrrry to me) interior. EVERYTHING works. Biggest down side is a dragging front-right brake and some rust. $485. Hell, that’s probably the best part. It was on CL for $500. The seller was a hasidic jew and we mangaged to haggle him down some. You just don’t pull that off. Hahahaha. I can’t wait to Rally-Cross this thing. :devil:

Well I’m really going through with it as in I have the car in my possesion. We’ll see how much time/effort/money it actually gets put into it. As-is it’s a motha-fuggin’-dog so something must be done there if I have any intention of “racing” the damn thing. A full tune-up is in order. The car was non-opped in '99 and has just sat since. It started right up after a fluid check 'n fill but the gas is surely f00ked. I’m sure the carb is all sludged up n’at.

I know somebody on this board has to know what this motor is, and what can be done w/ it. Or at least point me towards a board that would know.
