it was ok with boost controller joe. i didn’t want too much boost, rather stay on conservative and let customer learn/enjoy his new found power. still a few bugs to work out but overall happy with it. honestly it made little more power than i was expecting. figured with that trans would have been around 450-460hp i know it sucks up roughly 50-60hp over 6 spd but to me durability>*
When I build one, damn straight Its going to be threw and automatic.

and I’m pretty sure a 4l80e and 9" are creating more drivetrain loss than a t/c. I wouldn’t say 100 rwhp, but I’d say it would be around 570 rwhp with the light 10 bolt and t-56.
Either way, who cares about the dyno numbers… ET is where it’s at!! put that driveline to work!

to answer your question Tim. His converter isnt locking and manually locking is not working either. So these numbers the car put down are thru an unlocked converter.
Just to clarify other posts. Unlocked converter numbers
