Heading home from work I stop at the track real quick. I get up to the light with two cars in front of me when I see some HIDs pull up next to me with a big wing on the back (assuming it’s an STi from how much he kept up at least, I never saw his tail lights 
). I figure hey what the hell maybe it’ll get some fun out of this.
The light goes green for the two racers in front of us … he waits along side me for our turn. SCORE it’s on. The track is wide open with nothing in front but the traps now.
From a slow roll start we go.
1st … I boost nice an early thanks to the evo big 16g and put him just behind my rear bumper.
2nd gear comes all to fast and I just keep on walking way out in front
3rd comes he’s way back in the rear view and I see he’s giving up…
BUT WAIT, there’s more!
What’s this? He wants more? a roll race … AT THE TRACK??? no way!
So we get into it a 50ish roll. I start in a leisurely 3rd and let the boost do the work as I just walk past to a bus length. I’ve taken the respect and Turetto would be proud so I call it at that.
I get no thumbs up but a ricer fly by into the night…

How did you know the sti was “moded”?
Meh, it’s an early season kill to get the ball rolling to maybe inspire people for this year.
It clearly had an exhaust but that was about all I knew. So modded was the best term I think applied.

even my car on just a b16g walked stage2 STi’s pretty well once in 4th.

Semi built motor, cams, 680cc injectors, cheepie FMIC setup, DSM link w/ Burch base tune, 3" SS turbo back, evo 3 big 16g boosting about 16psi … I dunno if I’m forgetting anything … it’s just a winter car. I mean If I really wanted to get crazy with it I do have a pile of parts that need to go on. Maybe once Wahoo actually gets off his ass and wants to race I’ll make sure this car really is at it’s peak HP.

I didn’t know you wanted to race, I raced the old one Deebo had(but when the previous owner had it)…but my car is faster now. It would probably be a bad idea since my tranny could use a refresh, but i have faith in it.
