I never actually received a big enough bonus to worry about this, but I’m just wondering what the taxes are on bonuses that people have to pay. Is it the same percentage that your usually pay each month off your pay cheques or is it more/less?
its considered income…just as your normal pay would…
so if your company did not deduct taxes from it…make sure you save some coin…when your taxes are done…cause you will owe the government money…
yeah, I will definitely put away 30% of that money for tax purposes.
