you do realize if you hustle 70 hours isnt hard flatrate right? not many places will pay a flat rate tech that much just based on that fact

Only if there is enough work. I made a lot more hourly at my last job than I do my current job, but took the paycut because there is a lot more work where I am now, so I end up making more while working less.

What type of vehicle does the shop work on most? Is it a dealer or just a standard service shop?
theres 2 small dealerships that we service all the cars and then customer cars were always busy the flat rate guys usually get 60-80 hours per week currently were down 2 people so post or pm me if your interested and post your qualifications
