Tech Stuff ITT: Cool/Useful Programs for your PC/MAC

So…I recently came across this tool called Ninite which is pretty sweet. It allows you to download one program, select a bunch of programs to install within that first one, and it does all of the work for you by downloading programs such as uTorrent, Chrome, Firefox, Flash, Malware Bytes, etc.

Then of course there is others like CCleaner which can help cleanup your PC from temporary files, missing registry keys, etc.

So, tech guys, what cool free-ware tools do you use/recommend?
