I would like to make a few good cds with Techno. I don’t know where to look or anything. I like songs that were redone like club mixs. I also like just techno songs. Can anyone help me with a name of a good dj to download music. Thanks

Umm… guy wanted techno, why does everyone post trance Djs? … they’re good and all.
I guess somebody like Underworld, Aphex Twin, Orbital or gasp Moby would qualify… .Junkie Xl is newer/good in the same vein.

the genre that club mixes fall under is usually called club TRANCE. thats why.

That depends on where you go I guess…

most people call it dance music, most dj’s call it club trance, it COULD be categorized as epic trance.

EDIT: some DJ’s to look up would be daft punk, atb, darude, warp brothers

I mean if you go to a trance-y club - that’s what you’d hear. Things might be different/harder on a DnB or House night… nobody listens to techno anymore :frowning:

^^ i was just going by what it seems the poster is looking for. club trance is the stuff they play downtown at level/skybar/etc. you dont hear much real trance/house/jungle/prog/etc unless you go to opium lounge or prespa or something.
