I am telling you if this goes through… we put together a massive tour de france sized bike rally, and ride all over the place halting traffic. Just do it around 5PM in downtown Albany and watch MASSIVE amounts of NYS employees get PISSED.

Then we would end up like the bikers in the video that Wayne posted. :rofl
