Wild card that i guarantee none of you have heard before, the Red Brick Inn. It used to be a shitty bar in South Buffalo on South Park and now it’s a less shitty bar on the border of West Seneca/South Buffalo on Indian Church.
They don’t have weird flavors like a lot of you guys are mentioning, just a delicious sauce with secret ingredients that has such a unique and delicious flavor. All of my friends who had their wings are addicted to them now, there might be crack in the sauce, I don’t know, but they’re so good.
I still have a soft spot for duffs, I like the medium and char grilled bbq. The redbrick inn that Rob is talking about has amazing wings as well, they just take a minute to get used to.
the dry rub are great. 10pm-11pm thursdays free all you can eat wings in the bar. dry run and bbq.
I also really love duffs, however the one on sheridan not orchard park. The food is better as odd as that might sound and even though it’s a small place the service is way better. I dont care if the girls dont look as good. Just bring me my wings and shut up, and if you fuck up my wing or drink order one time I’m gonna fuck you with a suicidal drum stick. Cunt.

barbill is definitely near the top of the list. i don’t think i saw anyone mention the buffalo brew pub yet, they have pretty good wings as well.
