Just got a killer deal on an xs400. I can’t pass the deal up. Can’t pick it up for a few weeks but that will be my next project. I can’t wait. There is SO much more stuff for the XS. But I’m Absolutly finishing my XJ first
New Biltwell Inc. handlebars just arrived! Super excited to get them mounted!
And I came across a Minimum Wiring Diagram so I can clean up that rats nest wiring!

what color grips and seat you going with?
i would suggest tan leather. maybe a deer skin you make for free?
I’ll just use the black grips and seat I have for now. I really just wanna get it running. Then I’ll change small stuff afterwords
im dyin to see this updated, im considering picking up a maxim 550 for a project of my own.
Only thing I’ve had time to do is put the new bars on. Nothing has changed. Work has been too stressful for me to get down to albany to work on it

I wanna get this beast running so badly. I was of course changing my Mind again on paint colors today too. Talkin to my brother in law about getting back to workin on the bike this week so hopefully it will be done sooner than later

I actually worked on it today. Cut the front fender mounts off. Since I won’t be using one. Cleaned up some of the welds and cleaned off an inch of DUST
