the gas mileage of mid 90's cop cars.

discuss

5.0 mustangs 20’s

:bigthumb:

what you trying to get at ?

i would say about 20 and up
think we averaged 22-24 on our trip to phoenix and back in a buick roadmaster last year

Those things are pretty heavy with all the extra cop junk they put in them. the normal mid 90s cop car was the caprice with the lt1 350. probably tipped the scales well over 4k lbs.

Are we talking EPA cycle figures or real world numbers.

EPA cycle maybe 18-19.

Real world the way the cops use them probably closer to 13-14

That is my guess

hard to discuss mpg on cop cars. they idle alot too

Who gives a shit

I agree with Taco, 13-14 AT BEST. They never shut em off. Donuts at BP fpr 30 min idleing. I say 10.

I can never see the gas gauge from where I sit
