my work van is a 08 chevy express 2500 and like most gm vehicles it logs many things.
54450 miles
11mpg
31.0 average mph
1560.3 engine hours
4946.7 gal of gas used
i had to stop and think about what nearly 5000 gallons looks like… that is a hell of a lot of gas, and the fact that every second i am in that van i am not making any money. So basically i have spent 65 days in that van “working” for free.
Like when you’re about to die, or shortly after if you believe in that sort of thing, you get a printout of everything you’re ever done and how many times etc. Miles walked, times took a shit, hours slept, hours awake, times had sex, times wacked off, money made/spent, everything.
2004 sti
2.5l turbo
about 16mpg
32,000 miles
about 2,000 gallons of gas
I had a Sentra I put 100,000 on , a Passat I put 140,000 on, and a WRX I put 120,000 on, 80,000 on my Sonoma, and that’s only a few of the cars I’ve had.
What is with you and buying high mileage M cars? Seriously?
2003.5 M3
3.2L I6
88,000 miles (39,000 I have put on in about 2 years)
Average 21 mpg
1857 gallons of gas by me
4190 total
Assuming $2.75 per gallon that is $5,165.25 by me
$11,522.50 total
I bought it with 68k on it… i got it for ~5k LESS then most of the other m5’s were going for with 50k on it… and with a LOT less options 15k more miles more on the car and all the options i wanted is worth 5k savings to me…
I dont think 70k miles is a lot of miles… Your car has 88k on it… OMG
