Pondering the same here. The plus just seems overbearing and depending on pant pocket depth etc… may be more a hindrance than anything. Hrmmm, dat screen dough!
I have the GS5 and before I got the Otterbox Defender (includes the belt clip), it fit fine in my pocket. I would not recommend an otterbox case in your pocket. FYI the GS5 is .4" smaller than the 6+
after checking that website with the actual size of the new phones, i think the base model 6 is almost too big for my liking and the plus is just absurd…i may just stick with my 5s
The 6 is supposed to be the same size as a nexus 5 which sorta sucks for one hand texting/typing.
I actually really like the 4.7" phone size. My officemate has an amazon fire phone that’s the same size, and it seemed like it would work out well.
My friend has the LG G3 which is a 5.5" screen. It’s identical to the 6+ in width but the 6+ is a good 1/2" taller due to the fact that Apple uses so much real estate on the home button and top speaker/camera bezels. I’m really starting to like the size of his phone, as well as the 5.7" Note 3 my brother in law has.
I always have bare minimum cases so a case won’t be an issue. I have a 4.7" phone now and while it seemed big when I got it 2 years ago now it honestly seems a little small with all the surfing and RDP I do with it.

I opted for the regular 6 but with 64G along with a nice classy Italian leather made case.
16gb 6+, didn’t get it ordered until 6am though because the fucking site was down from 3-3:30am when I first tried so I went back to sleep. Shows a ship date of 7-10 days.
Since I switched to Spotify I really don’t need much room on my phone.

AT&T isn’t trying to boot people off the unlimited data plan who are grandfathered in are they? I didn’t see anything about it, but that is definitely a kicker for me to stay with them. Verizon pulled that on their customers a couple years ago IIRC.
No idea. I’ve been off my unlimited plan for a couple years now. The wife and I have 2gb each and rarely go over 1gb. I’ve saved enough on the plan we have now compared to our old unlimited plan that I could pay for about a years worth of data overages even if we did go over.
My average use is about 4 GB per month, so it’s definitely worth it for me to stay on. I went through to right before checkout and it looks like their still honoring it. As much as I want to lower my bill, I simply cannot get as good of service for the places I go on another network. Bastards.
That’s what happened to me when I got the 5 over 2 years ago.
Wish they would’ve made the standard 6/6 Plus a 32G, but also makes sense why they didn’t.
Verizon even had some loopholes left as of a month or so ago, but closed them off.
4gb isn’t exactly a lot of data I was in a similar situation and dumped the unlimited and saved money
they have a discount for edu? WHERE?
anyone have a friend who does sales for ATT? I have some questions about upgrading 2 or 3 lines and am looking for the best options. Don’t want to be steered wrong by a random sales guy.
