Once I backup my IPA’s tonight I’ll probably upgrade. I can live without all my hacked apps for a couple days. Going to go from 5 pages of apps to like 1.5 though.
Actually, now that I think about it, I think all the installous installed stuff will still be there. I’ll just lose my Cydia installed apps.
nope if you have apps from installous they wont install on phone without that patch you have to download
um so where is it?

Right, but all my already installed apps won’t be touched. I forgot this from the last time I updated my jailbroken phone. The only apps that get purged during an update (at least during previous updates) are your unauthorized apps like bossprefs, xgps, cycorder etc. Basically everything you installed from the Cydia store.

I just installed it but iTunes can’t connect to the store to reauthorize the phone. So my phone is bricked until it becomes available again…
