So I am watching this movie with my wife and I hate it. I read the book in High school and it was much more graphic. I remember getting into an argument with our teacher about how the book was just written to shock people and it lacks any real literary benefit. This movie reeks of twilight youth marketing.

You should switch to MTV2 where they play the trailer for that shitty new John Travolta movie every two minutes. “Hey, I have an idea. Let’s take every action movie cliche that’s ever existed, add to it a has-been actor who hasn’t been in a good movie in 10-15 years, and then well throw in a last minute plot about terrorists and market it like it’s motherfucking Avatar.” Make’s me want to shoot myself.
