The Natives Are Restless... Indians & Taxes

It’s just that Indians are the sore losers of colonization. Get over, to the winner goes the spoils.

That first lady they interviewed in the OP video is a crackhead ho from the falls lol…

On Saturday I paid some guy to remove 40 old tires the previous owners left on my property. He was on his way to the res to stock up- he joked about finding someone there who would take them off his hands, LOL.

I don’t know i always thought the no tax thing was just for themselves and a hand full of smart business men took advantage of that. It always seemed shady how impoverished the people there are though.

Looks like nothing will be happening today.

Maybe it is because the people with native blood on this site aren’t whiny bitches like the black people? (lol) And they don’t throw up a racism flag every time stereotypes are fucking true and it hurts their feelings? We don’t have people like the Rev sticking his nose into our problems…

Maybe it is because indians have a good sense of humor, either because they are drunk, or because they’ve had everything taken from them and have nothing more to lose?

Honestly I agree though. Racism is Racism… regardless of who it offends. Gotta consider all minorities when you’re watching what you say…
How has this gotten so far? lol. Most of the comments made for the indians could be said about black people too, only they don’t work for any of their money.

I don’t know man, selling drugs is probably more work than selling cigs because you have to constantly dodge the law and bullets from your competitors when you go party at city grill.

It boils down to NYS mismanagement and their shitty way of fixing it by taxing not only the Indians but all of us to death! There are taxes on everything but the politicians own stupidity. If they taxed that, we’d be clear.

I see your point… but working = collecting a check @ a job. (Granted a lot of them collect a check on their asses) …

lol@ Dodging bullets… those guys at the City Grill need to work harder.

lol

can i get a white power?

I lived in Akron next to the rez for 18 years and no one from there was positive in any way. They are lazy scum bags that want everything for free cause they traded land for shiny beads and beer.

I am very tempted to cut that red flag down thats next to the American flag at the school. I seen it casting a shadow on the stars and stripes 2 years ago and was pissed. I havent driven past the school since. If i was still in school, u bet your ass it wouldnt be flying anymore. Its hard to really stand up for what u believe with lifes responsibilities hanging over you. =[

since i was little we have had land down near salamanca right off the rez. The indians have broken in several times to the point where we can not really keep anything there for fear they will steal it. Also, they do what they want as far as conservation laws are concerned. The Indians are always the ones who champion their love for nature. I find this hard to believe when they go out on nights in the middle of the summer and spotlight deer with AR15’s. The vast majority on th rez are scummy trailer trash, even a sprinkling of whites in there. There is a trailer park at the end of the road from my cabin on rte 417, there is garbage laying everywhere, junk cars and even one fat bitch that walks around and beats the 10 dogs chained to cinderblocks in the yard. Why not try to better themselves rather then hide behind “treaties” made over 100 years ago? I dont understand it.

Something me and Choda can agree on? This is weird.

I’m not defending the Indians here I just don’t understand your logic you guys keep saying the treaties are 100 years old and therfore invalid??

Constitution isn’t invalid is it because of age?

The majority of native Americans that I’ve come across in life are underachieving mooches. But they’re “Indian” so it’s acceptable.

Idk, shut down the 90, I’ll be throwing bricks.

That’s not the argument. The treaties that were signed (regardless of age) deal with real property (land, etc.), not goods like cigarettes.

The constitution is still relevant, it evolves over time to adapt social changes.

That’s why it’s a living document, unlike treaties which are not.

Actually I should change the title of this thread from “taxing indians” to “taxing non-indians who buy non-indian goods on indian land” and maybe there would be less confusion, lol.

tear gas and rubber bullets along with huge fire hoses. no reason not too
