Lovie smith is the same, non aggressive coach we had over and over. We need someone who’s going to come I’m and get this team in shape and ready to play ball. Steve Johnson’s antics showed exactly what kind of coach Gailey was.
our problem over the last decade or so has been that we continue to garbage-pick the staff that counts, and then sign big contracts on players that garbage-picked staff don’t nurture/utilize.
Our company has been tanking under your presidency…how about taking over the whole company!

I’m officially done watching this team. 25-25at SU and this is the guy they pick. He was the OC for New Orleans but never called a play!
I really thought we would go QB in the second round but its starting to sound more and more like Nassib (or another QB) in the 1st. Not sure how I feel about that. I still dont think the QB class is that great despite them shooting up boards.
I would love to see a trade back, take a WR in the 1st, QB in the second, and then supplement that pick with another QB in the first next year.
Nassib in the first will set them back another 3-5 years. Doug Marrone just bought Tom Donahoe’s old house in Snyder. Not a good precedent. Although it is a nice house.

Most likely Doug Whaley who was the assistant GM. I don’t know much about him, but I hear he is good.

I think Pegula is a great option. It’s hard to imagine the board would shy away from him even if he wasn’t the highest bidder. The guy would obviously keep the team here.
Seeing what Pegula has done for the WNY area and the Sabres…he’s got my vote.
+1 for Pegula. Buffalo guy that’s gone above and beyond just buying a team. He’s put his money where his mouth is and the developments he’s doing and renovations etc. is incredible.
There are other bidders, no doubt. I don’t believe for a second that there were only 3 bidders.
Legally…you have to declare your intent to bid. If there are only 3 and one of them is T-Peg I am less nervous.
I understand that, but you don’t have to state that publicly. I’m not buying the NYPost article, but I do still believe T-Peg will own the team. I just think that there are more people who want to own an NFL team, considering how profitable they are and how far and few they become available to buy. Don’t sleep on the Toronto Group. They will pay more to get this team. Rogers is a media giant up there with more money than most think…
I have a simple hope…that T-Peg realizes the value of the NFL in this town as it is relative to his NHL franchise. If he is involved, I have a hard time believing that his emotions will not hope open up the wallet (within reason) to buy and keep the Bills here.
