And think isn’t the right statement. Must is more like it. In my opinion elected officials should be allowed to discuss/vote/maky any legislation on topics that they are not fully educated on.

That’d be like getting 2 birds stoned at once, we get to keep our ar-15s and they wouldn’t be able to make any more laws because they don’t know shit about shit. If they knew shit they wouldn’t be PUERTO RICAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANS!!!
