theres big time confusion over whether a police officer is allowed to have high cap mags when off duty and no using them for on duty. Considering two retailers think exactly the opposite on the issue. Actually target sports is the same way. I’ve read that you can possess high cap mags if you use them on duty, but bj guns says they can order it if a person shows their badge and police ID, i dunno if theyre taking that as a cop using it on duty or not.

But at the end of the day, it doesn’t apply to any of us because, to the best of my knowledge, no one ITT is a police officer of sorts.
