Someone without an obvious and loud car needs to run over there first and drive around normal and see if anyone is waiting. The Tahoe was obviously waiting and watching. He was there literally 20 seconds after they took off.

Ya I pulled out of my work at the italian comm center exit and I had the light to take the left as soon as I pulled out they started doing u turns. fucking scum bags. There wasnt a car woth over $5k in the whole pack either. And yes, they were just doing laps. I saw the yellow mustang and someone else on the side, and tried to catch up to talk but they took off before I made it over.
