i doubt it, look at Burnall4’s car 11.9@115 stock clutch with bolt ons…the proof is in the pudding.
for a 5 speed RS… not a 6 speed MR… MR is heavy, and requires more shifts… i just believe theres more to this car than im being told
when your rolling the weight difference doesnt have as great an effect… and its a cammed IX, they make mid 300s wheel on a good tune, and the MR is only around 3300lb… RS>GSR>MR isnt as significant as people think… and for reference, my buddy towelie(on evoM) went 11.9@112 stock clutch, 3inTBE, mail in flash, and a Buschur intake, on a stock Evo IX GSR… maybe it is just a fast(er) car?
thats a gsr… 5 speed vs 6 speed… that extra shift slows cars down.
not as much as you would think… its fast. he has no meth or spray. there stock turbo 9’s running low 11’s at 119 stock turbo no spray.
i know for a fact the MR doesnt have any spray or methanol injection…all motor/turbo.
thats just an excuse man, the 1,2,3 shifts go fast in the MR’s but 4-6 are spaced quite well.

here is the video. the STI beeped everytime. we didn’t do the beeping once. we both leave on the second beep in the second run. if you can’t hear jon miss fourth in the third run youre an idiot…but like always the clutch is slipping so the other two clean races where we both get off dont count right?

WOW, that gear misselction in the STi was very LOUD. those look like clean runs to me… travis you KNOW your clutch has an issue, but you continue to race, and as soon as a car pulls on you, you point blame to a clutch and a stock exhaust, WHY keep on racing? why not fix the problem them come back… its a run what you brung, and hope you brung enough situtation. and clearly you didnt bring enough in those videos… just my observation
