Amen to that. I had been there since 2001. And ever since their stock went public, the company has gone down hill. It stopped being about customer service and focused on bottom line only. Many a time I had to do things that I really didn’t care for. (Nothing unethical, but against my morals).
I’ll just say there are certain people that I hope are directly affected by these and future layoffs. (Yes… I AM an asshole)

But the most “unethical” things we do is offer used over new and that damned mvp card
